Whether you have a thriving crystal healing business or just practice on yourself, there’s always more you can learn to increase your skill with this beautiful healing modality.
Perhaps you’re just starting out on your crystal healing journey or maybe you see clients and would like to know how to build your practice.
Wherever you’re at right now, we have the tips to help you take your crystal healing practice to the next level!
Know your crystals inside out
Your crystals are your allies, so it’s important to understand their strengths and weaknesses. You can get some of this information from books and online courses, but it’s also a lovely practice to meditate with your crystals to get to know them.
For each of the crystals you like to work with, ask yourself:
What’s the best way to cleanse and charge this crystal? Some crystals shouldn’t be immersed in water and others can be damaged by salt.
What are the crystal's strengths? For example, what healing properties does it have?)
What are its weaknesses? For example, can it be overstimulating? Is it toxic if ingested?
Does the crystal’s shape add anything additional to its healing properties?
What other crystals does it like to work with (or which ones don’t work well together)?
Do your inner work and practice self-care
Any kind of healing practice can be challenging and it’s important to look after yourself first. Take the time to nurture yourself in whatever way feels good.
Engaging in deep inner work can help you understand what may trigger you during a healing session or why you’re attracting certain clients. Journaling and meditation can both help you understand what makes you tick so you can hold space for your clients.
Tune in to your clients
Understanding your client’s needs is the most important part of being a healer (even if your only client is yourself!)
We’re all a myriad of connected thoughts, feelings, and physical symptoms, and true healing can only happen when you connect the dots between mind, body, and spirit.
Learning to listen to your intuition can help you ask the right questions to get to the root cause of an issue.
Embrace technology
We’ve all become a lot more comfortable with video calls thanks to COVID, and you can use this skill in your practice.
There are plenty of platforms that allow you to have online consultations, create courses, or even run a shop without having to leave your house.
And don’t forget, one of the beauties of crystal healing is that it can be used for distance healing. This allows you to take on clients anywhere in the world and heal them as if they were in the same room as you.
